ASTM A135 ERW welded steel pipe grade A/B
ASTM A135/A135M, Standard Specification for Electric-Resistance-Welded Steel Pipe. It covers two grades of electric resistance welded steel pipe: Grade A and Grade B, Grade A is adapted for flanging and bending and is suitable for welding.

ASTM A135 pipe tolerance:
Thickness: the minimum wall thickness at any point shall be more than 12.5%under specified wall thickness.
Diameter: the outside diameter shall not vary more than +-1%from norminal size specified.
Weight: the weight of the pipe shall not more than +-10%of the specified weight.
ASTM A135 pipe Heat treatment:
Weld seam of ERW A 135 pipe grade B shall be heat treated after welding to a minimum tempreture of 540℃, so that no untempered Martensite remains.
