ASTM A53 Gr. B Galvanized steel pipe
ASTM A53: Standard Specification for pipe, steel, black and hot-dipped, Zinc-Coated, Welded, and Seamless. ASTM A53 steel pipe covers seamless and welded black and hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe in DN6-DN650, ASTM A53 carbon steel pipe may be furnished in type F, Type E and Type S. grade including of grade A and grade B, Now, ASTM A53 Gr. B welded pipe in stocks a full range of NPS ¼” to 30″ diameter and Schedules 10 through 160, STD, XH, and XXH.
HSH inventory:OD: NPS 1/8″-26″ WT: SCH 10-XXS L: 5.8M, 6M, 11.8M, 12M or any specified length.
Permissible Variations in Wall Thickness:
The minimum wall thickness at any point shall not be more than 12.5% under the nominal wall thickness specified.
Permissible Variations in Weights per Foot:
Weight of any length shall not vary more than 10% over and 3.5% under that specified.
NOTE — NPS 4 and smaller — weighed in lots. Larger sizes shall be weighed separately by length.
Application: Tapping water pipeline, pipe pile, structure, natural gas transmission, heat transmission, etc
